SHIPPING POLICY
Products are shipped via Unites States Postal Service (USPS) 2-day priority mail or United Parcel Service (UPS) for faster shipping. Tracking numbers will be provided once the order has been paid and is ready for shipment.

Nina's will package products securely and will take all precautions to assure that they arrive safely; However, Nina's Home Baked Goods is not responsible for damages caused during shipping and takes no responsibility for shipping delays once the products have been shipped .

REFUND POLICY
Perishable items cannot be returned for a credit or refund. Other purchased items such as hats and T-shirts maybe returned/exchanged withing 10 days if the item has not been worn/used. Non-perishable items that have been received free with your order have no monetary value and cannot be returned for a refund.
